PEBBL provides a platform for discovery, communication, and campaign applications. Campaign selection remains at the discretion of the participating brands.

By using PEBBL, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.
• You will keep your profile information up to date.
• You are authorised to use the social media accounts linked to your profile.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Keeping your account information accurate.
• All activities conducted through your account.

Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

You agree that:

• All information submitted is truthful.
• You own or have permission to upload any photos, media kits, portfolios, or other content.
• Your profile may be viewed by authorised brands through the PEBBL platform for campaign matching and recruitment purposes.

Submitting an application does not guarantee campaign selection.

Brands are responsible for evaluating applications and selecting creators based on their own campaign requirements.

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information.
• Impersonate another individual or organisation.
• Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or another user's account.
• Interfere with the security or operation of PEBBL.

By uploading content to PEBBL, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your content within the platform as necessary to operate our services, including displaying your creator profile to authorised brands.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions.
• Contain fraudulent or misleading information.
• Are used for unlawful activities.
• Misuse the PEBBL platform.

PEBBL provides a platform that connects creators and brands.

We are not responsible for:

• Campaign selection decisions made by brands.
• Agreements entered into between creators and brands.
• Losses arising from third-party actions or services.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
